Important information about how our walking and routine grooming services work.
We talk first
Before any walk or groom, we discuss your dog's temperament, routine and needs so the arrangement suits them.
Group walks only when suitable
Small-group walks are only for dogs who are comfortable and sociable around other compatible dogs.
Routine grooming only
We offer bathing, brushing, coat care and general trimming. We don't diagnose or treat skin or coat conditions.
Health concerns go to your vet
Please tell us about any health issues, and always speak to your vet about medical concerns. We don't provide veterinary, boarding, daycare, breeding or transport services.
